maintain a pleasant and peaceful environment:
1. No Large Parties or Events: To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we
kindly ask that there be no large parties or events held on the property.
2. No Third-Party Bookings: We cannot accommodate third-party
bookings or unregistered guests for security and privacy reasons.
4. No Illegal Activity: Please refrain from using the premises
for any illegal activities.
5. No Smoking Inside: Smoking of any kind is strictly
prohibited inside on, and within, the property.
Electronic vaping is allowed on the patio. (Please make sure windows and doors are closed to the inside)
6. Garbage Disposal: Help keep the space fresh by not leaving
food containers or other odorous garbage in the room overnight. You can dispose
of this garbage in the outdoor trash cans, and wheel them out on Sunday night's to the curb for Monday pick up. Schedule located in kitchen pantry.
7. Damages: Guests are responsible to notify owners immediately if any items in the home are broken. Accidents happen. For any damages
exceeding the deposit amount, tenant will be billed accordingly.
9. Energy Conservation: To conserve energy, please turn off
lights, TV, and the fan when you're away. Always remember to close and lock the
front door when leaving.
10. Quiet Hours: Respect quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
Please avoid using any sound-amplifying equipment, musical instruments, or
loudspeakers during these hours.
11. Lost Keys: The fee for a lost keys or garage door opener is $100 per piece. Please take
care of your key to avoid this charge.
