To activate the screen. Touch with the palm or back of your hand until the numbers light up.

Enter your 4 digit personal code emailed to you 48 hours before arrival. 

If the door doesn't unlock, you can reach out to us via the app or the Ring doorbell and we can walk you through it or remotely let you in.  

Upon checkout, you can leave the keys on the desk and close the door. You can repeat the first step above, then enter your 4 digit passcode followed by the "lock" icon. Make sure the door is pulled close tight and you will hear the deadbolt engaging. Please try the door when the sound has stopped to ensure the lock engaged. Thanks!
